What EnvisionTEC machines do you operate? We currently operate a Standard Zoom ERM machine, and a Mini Multi lens machine with multiple lenses.
What is the resolution of the Multi Lens system? We are able to produce parts with a resolution in X and Y of .0012" (32um). Resolution in the Z direction is typically 0.001", 0.0019", or 0.0039' (25um,50um or 100um), material dependant.
What is the maximum size of the parts on the Perfactory machine? We can build parts that are 150mm in X by 112.5mm in Y by 220mm in Z.
What format must my files be in for quoting? File formats we preferably work with:
Stereolithoghraphy ( .stl )
IGES ( .igs )
STEP ( .step )
Solidworks 2011 or earlier ( .sldprt ),
& Parasolid (.x_b , .x_t ). We have the abilty to translate other file types not listed at no cost to you, call or email us if you have any questions.
Do I have a choice of colors? Yes we have red, gray, yellow, white, beige, brown and clear among others.
How are my parts delivered? We ship your parts properly packed to prevent damage by FedEx or UPS, standard overnight service unless you request faster or slower delivery. Shipping may be done on our account or yours.
How can I pay? We accept Mastercard and Visa, as well as checks and money orders.
